Never before was there so much information available circulating at such speed. Never before has the demand for knowledge reached such high levels as today. And the demand to be up-to-date with the latest developments in the profession has never been so pressing. The combination of these factors makes us legal professionals more aware than ever of the importance of investing part of our time in training, but we have the urgent need to be right when choosing where and on what topics to acquire it.

Aware of this peremptory demand and that it will grow in the coming years, from the General Council of Spanish Lawyers we have wanted to launch this I National Meeting of Legal Studies and Dialogues to be held on November 22 and 23 in Madrid . During two days, more than 80 specialists from the judiciary, the university and the legal profession among the most renowned will give dozens of presentations on the most current and relevant issues in all areas of legal practice. We will take advantage of the meeting of so many renowned professionals to discuss some issues of the utmost relevance to our daily practice with the aim of extracting proposals and contributing to enriching the legal dialogue between the different groups linked to Justice.
